The Pas Area Horse Association (TPAHA) is a not-for-profit club serving The Pas and surrounding area. We promote accessible equine-based recreation, education, and community engagement for individuals and families of all ages and abilities.
Our Mission
Our mission is to promote and provide accessible equine-based recreation, education, and community engagement in The Pas and area — fostering participation in horsemanship and equine activities for individuals and families of all ages and abilities.
- Recreation — encouraging active participation in equine sports and activities
- Education — building knowledge and skills in horsemanship for all levels
- Community — connecting people through a shared love of horses and the outdoors
Where We Are
TPAHA is based in The Pas, Manitoba, within the Rural Municipality of Kelsey. We serve The Pas and the surrounding area.
Our Club
All directors and members serve the club without remuneration or expectation of employment for their routine duties. The club is governed by an elected executive that manages operations on behalf of its members.

Membership
TPAHA offers the following membership types:
- Annual — individual and family memberships, renewed each year
- Youth — for members under 18 years of age
- Associate — for supporters and community members
