Club Policies

TPAHA policies are reviewed and updated by the executive.

Merchandise Requests

  • Items are ordered by request only — TPAHA does not stock merchandise on hand.
  • Payment is by eTransfer. Payment is not collected online.
  • Unpaid requests expire after 7 calendar days from submission unless the club grants an extension.
  • Cancellation is allowed before the order is placed with the print-on-demand supplier. After placement, cancellation is best-effort only and cannot be guaranteed.
  • You are responsible for reviewing your size and color selections carefully before submitting. Incorrect selections are normally not exchangeable.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. TPAHA will verify the address before placing an order, but errors in the submitted address remain the customer's responsibility.

Payment and eTransfer

  • Payment is by eTransfer only. Payment is not collected online.
  • Send eTransfer to TPAHA@TPAHA.onmicrosoft.com
  • Include your request ID and full name in the eTransfer message
  • Your request will not be placed with the supplier until payment is received and confirmed
  • Unpaid requests expire after 7 calendar days from submission

Shipping and Fulfillment

  • Merchandise is fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand supplier
  • Fulfillment and delivery timelines are managed by the supplier and may vary
  • TPAHA will notify you when your order has been placed
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the print-on-demand supplier's policy
  • Defective or incorrectly fulfilled items may be eligible for a replacement — contact TPAHA if this occurs
  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color due to customer error are not eligible for exchange
  • TPAHA will assist in resolving fulfillment issues on a best-effort basis

Privacy Notice

  • Personal information collected through the merchandise request form (name, email, phone number, and shipping address) is used solely to process your request
  • Your information is not shared with third parties beyond what is required to fulfill your order
  • TPAHA does not use submitted contact information for marketing purposes
