What is TPAHA?

The Pas Area Horse Association (TPAHA) is a not-for-profit club serving The Pas and surrounding area. We promote accessible equine-based recreation, education, and community engagement for individuals and families of all ages and abilities.

Is TPAHA a volunteer organization?

Yes. All directors and members serve the club without remuneration or expectation of employment for their routine duties.

What membership types are available?

TPAHA offers three membership types:

• Annual — individual and family memberships, renewed each year
• Youth — for members under 18 years of age
• Associate — for supporters and community members

How do I join?

What are the membership fees?

Membership fees are confirmed at each Annual General Meeting. Contact us for current rates.

How do I order merchandise?

TPAHA merchandise items are ordered by request — we do not keep stock on hand. Visit the Merchandise page to see available items and submit a request.

Is payment collected online?

No. Payment is not collected online. After submitting your request, you will be asked to send payment by eTransfer. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received.

How long do I have to pay after submitting a request?

Unpaid requests expire after 7 calendar days from submission unless the club grants an extension.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellation is allowed before the order is placed with our print-on-demand supplier. After the order has been placed, cancellation is best-effort only and cannot be guaranteed.

Who is responsible for size and shipping address?

You are responsible for reviewing your size and color selections carefully before submitting your request, and for providing a correct shipping address. Please double-check all details before submitting.
